Booking & Scheduling
All services must be booked through our online form or approved contact. Please provide accurate information so we can serve you efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
We get it- life happens! Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee of the service price. Membership plans follow their plan's terms.
Payment Terms
Payment is due before and/or at the time of the service. We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe. Membership plans are billed according to the selected schedule.
Service Guarantee
We take pride in every cleaning. If something is missed, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Home & Safety
Clients are responsible for pets, valuables, and safety hazards. We handle homes with care, but items damaged due to pre-existing conditions or unsafe environments are not our responsibility.
Liabilities
Shimmer Shine Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or unforseen accidents beyond our control.
Membership Plans
Memberships provide discounted recurring services and specific perks. All items, including scheduling and billing, are detailed on the Membership Plans page.
