What areas do you serve?
Shimmer Shine Cleaning Co. mainly rolls through Hemet, San Jacinto, and surrounding I.E area cities. If you're a little farther out, just ask- we're pretty flexible.
2. How do I book a cleaning?
Easy. Hit the "Book Now" button, or click onto the "Schedule The Sparkle" page, fill out the form, and we will reach out to confirm your date within 24 business hours.
3. Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. We are total animal people. Just let us know what furry friends you have ahead of time so we can come prepared.
4. How long does a cleaning take?
Depends on your home size and the type of cleaning. But typically most appointments take between 4-6 hours.
5. What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens- just cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
6. What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and ApplePay.
7. Do you bring your own supplies?
Yep! We always show up stocked with name brand cleaners, with and/or without bleach, eco & pet-friendly options as well (if requested), tools, and gear. If you have product preferences, we will totally use yours!
8. Can I be home while you clean?
Totally fine. Most people are, but if you won't be home, just arrange entry and/or lockup ahead of time.
